René Muttenzer, Ph.D.
René Muttenzer, Ph.D., Attorney at Law, graduated from the University of Basel in the year 1969 as a Doctor of Laws. He worked for more than thirty years in leading positions as a company lawyer and manager in Business Development (licensing in and out, Merger & Acquisition) in the multinational companies Geigy, Ciba-Geigy and Novartis.
Involved and exposed to litigation, dispute settlement and arbitration internationally as a legal counsel in industry and at the courthouse he has also a vast experience in commercial negotiation and deal-making for various small and big businesses worldwide.
While freelancing since 2003 as a negotiator and mediator, he is also acting as a member of the Board of Molecular Health AG.
